Personal Tutors

We offer private tuition for Primary, Key Stage 3, GCSE and A-level students as well as university courses and preparation for entrance exams and professional qualifications.
Our specialisms are in English, Maths and Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics). Teaching is delivered at our learning suite in Meersbrook, Sheffield. We also offer online tuition.

Online tuition

Sheffield Private Tutors offers online tuition via Skype. Online students are limited to one per tutor session or can be booked one-to-one outside normal teaching hours. (Normal teaching hours are weekdays 16h - 19.30h). Online tuition is available for English, Maths and Science (Biology, Chemistry and Physics) from KS3 through GCSE, AS-level and A-level to degree, professional and adult learning. Read more......

Professional Development

Sheffield Private Tutors offers training and skills for the workplace. Our subject specialist tutors provide individual support with tasks involving Mathematics, Numeracy and Literacy in the workplace. We can also develop and run bespoke group training courses to your specific requirements. In addition we provide preparation for numeracy, literacy, verbal and non-verbal reasoning tests. Activity Days, workshops and bespoke courses

Sheffield Private Tutors offer courses and activity days for schools in Mathematics, English, Science and cross-curricula links. These include a range of pre-existing courses and activity days involving Maths, English, Science and other subjects in familiar, as well as surprising, contexts. Our enthusiastic and professional teaching staff deliver these events to inspire a school's students and staff. We also offer bespoke training courses for teachers to support the delivery of specific topics or innovative teaching methods across the curriculum, including leave-behind materials to enable ongoing delivery after our intervention.
